The first three points in this startup checklist basically require you to do adequate research into your market. Coaches who do not have access to an acceptable CPR/AED course or have taken a course that is not on this list can call their local American Red Cross chapter to challenge one of their Adult and Pediatric CPR/AED courses. The challenge involves passing the skills assessment with an ARC instructor without having to take the entire course. The ARC will charge a fee for each challenge. Some people like extensive checklists while some would rather have short ones. Some are satisfied with using words while others might be more visual and would prefer adding images or graphics to theirs. Whatever style you have or however your mind works, the beauty of creating a design in Canva is you can customize it to suit exactly what you want or need. Personalize the list with your ideas, use colors to distinguish or highlight certain sections. Completely remake a template or just edit the parts you want–it’s all completely up to you.

Consumer Trends – Just because something is popular domestically doesn’t mean it will be internationally. Are they behind in a trend –– or does it just not apply for that market? If you don’t already have sales in a region, do consumer testing and surveys before you ever launch. Know that most businesses that expand internationally already have sales in a particular region before they launch specifically in that country.
