When you sign up for Shopify, your store has a free theme called Debut already installed on it. Solid and Flexible Product Navigation: this is a subject that could go on for ever. Our recommendation is that you look at new ways to extend product and site navigation based on current user actions and possibly experiments you run with users. If you don’t currently have a search feature, ask some users whether it would be a substantial gain to have one. Look at different ways to categorize product and build new filters. Then look at how they get used, and make further changes based on those results. I find it clear and concise but some of the steps are not instinctive for newbies like myself so I'm stuck searching and learning and sometimes wasting time for little details that I'm sure are just mishaps or a lack of experience on my part regarding terminology… I hope I'm not offending anyone, I love the list but now I'm a little lost as to where I find my answers. I was suppose to launch 5 days ago and I really need this.
Special Unicode Characters in Data Validation Lists: ☐, ☑, ✓, ✔ - This may be my favorite approach. You can include special characters like this in a Data Validation drop-down list. This isn't quite as good as clicking once to fill in a checkbox, but it is great for the mobile Excel apps. The only hard part is remembering how to insert a check mark symbol in Excel.
